Nature of Services
Shudhvi primarily provides professional services, including design, planning, consultation, and related offerings.
Due to the customized and service-oriented nature of our work, returns are not applicable once a service has been initiated or delivered.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation before the commencement of services.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channels.
Once work has started, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicate payment made by the client
Payment made for a service that is later deemed unavailable
Cancellation approved before service initiation
Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Shudhvi.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in cases including but not limited to:
Services already rendered or partially completed
Change of mind after project initiation
Delays caused due to client-side inputs, approvals, or documentation
Customized or personalized services
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on banking procedures.
Any transaction or processing charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.
Project Modifications
Requests for changes or revisions to ongoing services will be handled as per the agreed project scope.
Additional changes beyond the original agreement may be subject to extra charges.
