Shipping of Physical Items

All shipments are subject to availability and prior confirmation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment made by the client

Payment made for a service that is later deemed unavailable

Cancellation approved before service initiation

Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Shudhvi.

Shipping Method & Partners

Shipping is handled through trusted third-party courier or logistics partners.

The choice of courier will be determined by Shudhvi based on location, urgency, and reliability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated to the client before dispatch.

In some cases, shipping costs may be included in the project agreement or invoiced separately.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

Dispatch timelines vary depending on the nature of the item and project requirements.

Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at the time of dispatch.

Delays caused by courier services, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond Shudhvi’s control.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be shared with the client once the item has been dispatched, where available.

Clients are advised to track shipments directly through the courier’s platform.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Shudhvi is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused during transit by third-party courier services.

Any damage or loss should be reported to the courier partner immediately upon receipt.

We will assist clients in raising claims where applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

Shudhvi will not be liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
